Create a Destination Notification
Before you complete this task, ensure you have the ServiceNow URL, ServiceNow Username and Password.

Click [System] →[Notifications] → [Destinations].

Click [Add].

In the Destination tab, complete these settings:

Enter the name of the destination notification. The name must not be a duplicate of the existing destination notification.

The Notification Type has 3 options. In this scenario, please select ‘Service Now URL’.

This field will only be displayed when ‘Service Now URL’ is selected as Notification Type.

Enter the URL of the ServiceNow, including the instance name.

Select the language.

Enter the ServiceNow username. If a user credential is not required, you can leave this field empty.

Enter the user’s password. If a user credential is not required, you can leave this field empty.

Click Save.
The destination notification is created and displayed in the list. Use the destination to create the policy notification.
